Printing setup charges apply to custom printed orders of fewer than 500 ribbons of fewer than rosettes. The printing setup charge is $10.00 and applies each time you order even if the printing is exactly the same as a previous order. The charge covers type casting, press preparation, and adjustment of ribbon printing. Vertical setup - $5.00 flat fee. Excessive copy (over 10 lines) - $10.00 flat fee.
Setup charges on a variety items. The same setup can often be used on a variety of items. When this is the case and the total quantity exceeds 500 ribbons or 100 rosettes, no setup will be charged. The ability to combine items depends on the lettering requested, arrangement and the size similarity of the items ordered. More than one setup may apply to an order for small quantities which cannot be combined.
Each printing setup of more than 500 flat ribbons or 100 rosettes allows you to have six standard place changes consisting of first through twelfth place, Honorable Mention, Participant, Heat Winner, Champion, Reserve Champion, and Grand Champion. If you order calls for more than six changes the extra charge is $1.50 per change.
A typeset copy change charge of $1.50 will apply when there is a change of one or two words in the text of a printed ribbon order other than the standard copy changes. Type copy changes include titles and individual categories printed on ribbons and rosette streamers. Orders calling for substantial typeset copy changes will be quoted on an individual basis.

Most Oders can be placed by telephone, however, we request that those requirements having multiple changes and layouts be transmitted via Fax (423) 842-4990, or mailed.

Most orders are shipped in 15 working days or less except those cases requiring special dies involving logos. Add two to three extra days. Orders requiring shipment in five working days or less will be assessed a $10.00 rush charge.

We request that you sketch the desired lettering for custom printed items. We will be guided by your requirements, but we reserve the right to arrange according to ribbon size, type size, and prevailing conditions.

Our ribbons are printed to order with the specific copy of request. They are custom made for you and we reqret that we cannot accept the return of unused ribbons for credit. In the event of errors made on our part, please notify us immediately for correction and arrangement of returns.

Orders will be sent open account for schools and established agencies. Other organizations may open an account by completing a credit application. All other orders will be sent C.O.D. upon request of a 25% deposit. All orders are net 30 days.
