Policies

Payments – We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. With an approved credit application, we can extend credit for 30 days from invoice date with full payment expected at that time. We are happy to accept purchase orders but do not require them. We are happy to grant Net 30 day terms to schools in good standing.

Logos – For special custom logos provided by the customer, we require a sharp black and white image preferably sent by e-mail in a .pdf format. We are happy to review your artwork to determine if it can be used and what adjustments need to be made for its use. We allow thirty minutes of complimentary graphic alterations. There is a one time $30 logo charge for customer approved artwork to be utilized in final ribbon order production.

Shipping charges are added to all orders.

Rush orders shipped within 7 working days or less will be charged a 10% rush charge (15.00 minimum).

On complex orders, we require either an e-mail or faxed confirmation of order from customer to avoid unnecessary mistakes. We will not be responsible for errors on orders placed only by phone.

If an order has been processed into our shop, add-ons will be considered as a new order.

In certain instances, set-up charges and copy change charges may apply. Please request a quote for detailed pricing.

Order turnaround times vary throughout the year based on seasonal demands. We reserve the right to refuse any order that does not allow adequate production and shipping time. We guarantee on-time delivery and for this reason, we will not accept orders that we are unable to meet customer’s delivery date. You may secure a place in the production schedule by contacting us early in your event planning stage.

The customer assumes full responsibility for all claims and/or litigation arising from alleged infringement of licenses, patents or copyrights on any requested design or copy.

Computer generated mock-ups are available on most ribbon lay-outs. These are for general layout purposes only. The end-product may differ slightly. A total of thirty minutes of complimentary design work is offered for such mock-ups.
